I completely agree, America is quickly becoming a mirror image of Japan, so different they are almost the same.
And of course I remember you! You were Dunamis, right? You were the reason I got into anime in the first place. I remember you describing Naruto's storyline and you recommended Princess Mononoke to me, which first exposed me to Japanese culture which ultimately led me to live in Japan. So, you are the penultimate reason I'm here!
We live in Nara-ken, which is right next to Osaka. Where are you planning on visiting in Japan? Missionaries do not (first and foremost) go out to save people from hunger, thirst, disease, and poverty of the flesh. Missionaries are called by God to give their lives to tell people about salvation from hunger, thirst, disease, and poverty of the soul. The Japanese people, living in their amazing prosperity, are still starving and dark in their souls. The United States, as a whole, isn't in a plight much more different from that. Thank you for taking the time to bring this to light and encourage evangelists near and far.

Speaking of which, Joshua and I are going on a mission trip to Korea for 9 days this summer! We're also hoping to stop by Japan for just a couple of days while we are on that side of the world. Where in Japan are you living, again? =D

[P.S.... you remember me right? LOL.
